About the Roaster

Founded by Mark Bray in Bentonville, AR, Airship Coffee Roasters truly began halfway around the world in the remote mountains of Honduras. With a background in agronomy (that’s plant and soil science), Mark ventured out there to educate farmers about sustainable agriculture. They didn’t need his help with that. He noticed, however, a complete lack of access to a stable, let alone fair, supply chain for the community’s incredible coffee crops. So he decided to build it himself. Now a trusted partner to coffee farmers worldwide, Mark and the Airship team continue to nurture relationships abroad while simultaneously creating amazing spaces for their own community to connect over the coffees that inspired Mark nearly 20 years ago.

Bentonville, AR

Fun Fact
