The Order Process: When you place an order, a specialty roaster will begin to prepare your coffee. Once roasted, your coffee is shipped within 48 hours via USPS Ground Advantage. We'll send an email with a tracking link so you can follow along every step of the way. The Coffees:  For each delivery, your Trade coffee subscription will prepare a different coffee based on your preferences.  If you’d like to swap to a specific coffee, or if you’d like to repeat a previous delivery, you can do so using your subscription dashboard. Frequency: To begin, each Trade subscription is designed to deliver the perfect amount of coffee for one month of brewing. If you’d like to adjust your delivery schedule, you can do so using your subscription dashboard.
We seek out the best local independent coffee roasters from coast to coast, and we're proud to partner with {55} of them. They're the places you'd love to have nearby and the people you'd want as friends - pouring passion into every detail, crafting coffee the right way, and developing lasting partnerships along the coffee supply chain to build an equitable global community. This almost never happens, but our First Bag Guarantee has you covered just in case! If you’re not completely satisfied with your first delivery for any reason, we’ll send a new bag right away. Just contact us within one week of receiving your first order so we can make it right.
We currently ship within the United States using USPS. We are able to ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska & Hawaii. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Canada, or internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
