How do Trade coffee subscriptions work?
The Order Process:
When you place an order, a specialty roaster will begin to prepare your coffee. Once roasted, your coffee is shipped within 48 hours via USPS Ground Advantage. We'll send an email with a tracking link so you can follow along every step of the way.
The Coffees:
For each delivery, your Trade coffee subscription will prepare a different coffee based on your preferences. If you’d like to swap to a specific coffee, or if you’d like to repeat a previous delivery, you can do so using your subscription dashboard.
Frequency:
Coffee Subscriptions roast and ship every two weeks. If you’d like to adjust your frequency, you can do so using your subscription dashboard after your first delivery.
What types of subscriptions does Trade offer?
Trade subscriptions are curated around specific coffee
styles, like “Single Origin Subscription” or “Cold Coffee Subscription.” Simply
select your desired style and we’ll work with specialty roasters across the USA to deliver a rotating selection of fresh coffee. If you choose to create a custom
subscription, we will curate a plan around you. Take a short quiz to let
us know what types of coffees you’re interested in, and we’ll tailor your deliveries to your exact preferences.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course. There’s no commitment with a Trade coffee subscription. You can easily pause your subscription or adjust your next order date from your subscription dashboard.
Can I adjust my frequency, quantity and taste settings?
Our priority is delivering coffee that you’ll love on your terms. If you’d prefer a different delivery schedule, quantity or coffee style after your first delivery, you can adjust your preferences using your subscription dashboard. If you’d like a little extra guidance while doing so, our customer service team can help Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST by phone at 1(888) 252-8691, via chat on our homepage, or email at support@drinktrade.com.
What if I subscribe and I don't like my first coffee?
This almost never happens, but our First-Bag Guarantee has you covered just in case. If you’re not completely satisfied with your first delivery for any reason, we’ll send a new bag right away. Just contact our Customer Experience team within one week of receiving your first order so we can make it right.
