How to Make the Best Cold Brew with the Mizudashi
Fill
Fill the basket with 50 g of coarse ground coffee. That’s about ⅓ cup.
Pour
Pour 22 oz of room temperature water. That’s about 2 ¾ cups.
Steep
Steep directly in your fridge for 12-18 hours. We like to make it in the early evening, so it’s ready first thing in the morning.
Serve
Remove grounds and enjoy over ice.
