    I've been ordering through Trade for about a year this month now that I think about it, and I've found two roasters of all the different ones I've tried that I've added back into my queue or just flat out ordered again because they were so good. This is one of those two standouts. Don't judge a book by it's cover, the minimalist label on this Italian Roast is holding one of the most flavorful and delicious dark roasts I've tried. Sweet notes of raisins and nuttiness, and BOLD. Highly recommend this if you take your coffee black and piping hot. I brew in a modified French Press with a reusable capsule and plunger to force the water through the grounds, and it's perfect every time.

    Smooth and delicious

    Perfect for my morning iced lattes. No acidic flavor and it makes my morning coffee routine something I look forward to and enjoy every day while saving money by not buying coffee at Starbucks or Dunkin every day!

    Coffee with dominant notes of … good coffee!

    If you like a dark roast with only hints of ‘other’ flavors, this is a good one! IMHO, a good coffee shines when black (no sweeteners or creams), as this one does.
