    Dark but balanced

    Virgil’s smells heavenly when you open the bag and even more so after brewing. The coffee is dark but not too strong. It’s very balanced and rich tasting

    Smooth & Inviting

    For a dark roast, this coffee is surprisingly smooth and inviting. The cedar and chocolate notes are upfront but the caramel arrives on the finish. It smells great in the bag (always a good sign) and even better when brewing. Do yourself a favor and brew this one up!
