This coffee was made specifically for a collaboration with Starr Hill Brewery, but it's so delicious it stuck around on Red Rooster's menu for years. We taste walnut and apple.

Red Rooster Coffee started in the back of a Virginia bookstore when Rose McCutchan needed coffee for her café. Since 2010, Rose and Haden Polseno-Hensley have built a family-run roaster guided by sustainability, gender equality, inclusive hiring, and onsite childcare for all employees.
Fun Fact
This roaster has its own licensed onsite childcare for employees, called Yellow Hen.

    Red Rooster never disappoints! Their collaboration with Star Hill is no exception. The Stout Blend is as smooth as they come. No wild flavors, just straight forward, full bodied coffee with just the right hint of a stout.

    Nice body, hint of smoky taste, packaging made it seem like a dark roast but still very much medium.
