Guatemala Huehuetenango Rio Azul ... a good mid range coffee
OK, so what do I mean when I say "a good mid range coffee". Well, it's a coffee that many people would prefer; it's not too heavy (dark or bitter) and not too light. Now as to myself, I prefer a coffee that has a bit more full bodied flavor. For instance, Trade Coffee has sent me two coffees that I thought I liked better than this one. One of these, "Rutas del Inca" from Peru is among the very best coffees that I have ever enjoyed, and I thank you Trade Coffee for that great choice. Another very good coffee from Trade was Oren's Colombian. This is my second most enjoyable brew from Trade, and I wouldn't mind receiving either of them again. So, for me, the Guatamelen coffee that I received this month is OK, but I do much prefer the others as mentioned. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know.
