    A very chocolaty espresso

    I loved this bag. It is surely more chocolaty and thick. Has some red fruit notes as well and some nuttiness. Pairs well with fall flavored drinks.

    Baby got back

    This one really opens up as espresso — dense, syrupy body with dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and a subtle dried-fruit sweetness. The acidity is there but polished, more like a wine’s structure than a sharp citrus hit. Nice crema, long finish, and it stays balanced even with milk. Feels considered without being fussy. We taste leather bound books, cedar chest, tomato leaf and forest floor.
