    It does not seem fresh.

    I suspect they just put the roasted date on the bag when they ship it not when they roast it.

    The coffee did not off gas’s and it acted like an old bag when brewing. It also tastes and smells like a old bag

    Hi Daniel!  Thanks for taking the time to rate this coffee. All coffees should be roasted fresh to order, and labelled with the date they were roasted on, but I'm sorry that this coffee was such a disappointment!
