    Dark Roast for the win

    Not sure if I switched up my profile description or not as I have the smooth medium chocolate roasts, but this was a pleasant surprise. Right out of the bag it was a perfect shot which is rare. Usually takes me 2 shots to dial in. But man is this a tasty one! Best bag from Trade to date

    Too dark

    I was excited to try these beans, but they ended up being much darker than expected. The roast leans heavily into a deep, smoky profile that unfortunately overpowers the more nuanced flavors I was hoping to experience. the cup comes across as one-dimensional
