ABOUT THE ROASTER

Panther

Miami, FL
Miami has as much to do with Panther’s success as the coffee it brews. Founded by Joel and Leticia Pollock in 2010, the roaster made its home in the city’s Wynwood neighborhood where it became a gathering spot for the local artists and embraced Southern Florida’s global tastes.
Fun Fact
This roaster has a close relationship with game-changing powerhouse El Salvador producer Aida Batlle.

    Great Coffee for Espresso Drinks

    Another good coffee from Panther. Low to mild acidity, full but not overwhelming body, and excellent taste.

    I brew with a conical hand grinder and a modded Gaggia Classic, which gives a very consistent cappuccino for my morning routine with these beans.

    Great candidate for espresso drinks, aeropress, and moka pots.

    Fav bag so far!

    Just started my Trade subscription a few months ago and looking for the perfect bean/ roast. This is definitely my favorite so far. Wonderful complexion of flavors and not overly bitter, will most likely repurchase.

    So much potential

    No pronounce flavors that stick out to me. Pretty boring. It’s definitely better straight up than made into a specialty drink. I give it 3 ⭐️ because holy moly, I don’t know what it is with this particular blend or roasting but the caffeine kick is top tier!
