    A pleasant, not too dark coffee.

    Eternal flame is listed as this roaster’s darkest brew. I found it in the medium-dark range. It’s a pleasant coffee, not too strong, not too smoky, with just a bit of acidity on the finish. However, if you are a fan of that dark European-style coffee, this might not be dark enough for you. I enjoyed it, but I also could go darker.
