Wilmer Cuellar Natural Papayo

$24.99

Funky & Fruity

Our second ever release of a Papayo variety coffee is a natural process fruit bomb from Wilmer Cuellar's Finca Las Brisas. This coffee is fermented for 96 hours before drying, then dried as a natural to bring out notes of blueberries, grapes, ripe plum, and, even papaya. We're selling this one in 8oz bags because Broadcast just doesn't have a whole ton of this coffee, and we're excited for as many of you to try it as possible.

Light-Medium roast

Understanding roast levels

Roast level affects both flavor and body. Here's what to expect from each.

Light

Best for: those that prize delicate flavors and a tea-like feel above intensity.

Light-Medium

Best for: those that enjoy juicy acidity and gently caramelized sugars.

Medium

Best for: those that enjoy balance and classic flavors like cocoa and nuts.

Medium-Dark

Best for: those looking for classic coffee flavors with a kiss of roast.

Dark

Best for: those that love intense, smoky flavor and a full body above all else.

Trade Tip

Roasters don’t always agree on roast level — one roaster’s dark might look the same as another’s medium. We taste and assign every coffee our own roast level, so your matches stay consistent no matter who roasted them.
